不，他们不是护士。他们是经过当地培训的护理人员，提供非医疗家庭护理服务。

  • 预订后需要多长时间才能安排护理人员？

最多需要2天时间。

  • 护理人员什么时候照顾我的家人？

居家护理团队的工作时间为早上8点至晚上7点，照顾您家人的时间可商议，我们会尽力满足您的需求。

  • 护理人员会帮忙做家务吗？

只允许打扫和拖地老人的房间。不允许做饭或做其他家务。

  • 需要押金吗？

是的，将提前收取一个月可退还的押金。

  • 公共假期你们提供服务吗？

是的，公共假日将收取双倍费用。视供应情况而定。

Siew Mei and her staff is doing an amazing job bonding with my sister and helping her with her daily tasks. My sister has dementia and lives alone but wasn't willing to accept hired help for the longest time, not trusting strangers. Siew Mei works her magic on her, and they clicked instantly.
